We are looking for:

Someone with a passion for food and working in a fast paced environment.

Work well in a team or autonomously.

A strong understanding of ordering, stock control, cleaning procedures.

A friendly and calm temperament, with an ability to work under pressure alongside team members.

The skill set to run the kitchen when the head chef is off.

Experience in a similar breakfast role.

Must be available on weekends.

What you'll do

Cook breakfast and lunch items on current menu and any specials currently running

Prepare all ingredients used in our menu items

Potentially help with menu development and creation of modern breakfast and lunch items

Contribute to the development of a positive team culture

Food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety, and sanitation
