Dent Revolution in Norwood is seeking a qualified and experienced automotive spray painter to join the crew in our new paint shop. This is a hands-on role for a painter who values craftsmanship and quality outcomes.

About the Role

You’ll be our go-to spray painter in a new, purpose-built paint shop, focusing on:

Paint refinishing and smart repairs

You will be supported by our existing painter, who will support with prep/paint/post-paint

Maintaining a clean workflow to deliver great results

Potential for 4-day weeks or casual hours while paint bookings increase

About You

Fully qualified spray painter (certificate/trade required)

5+ years’ experience preferred

Sikkens and/or similar waterborne system preferred

A calm, clean, methodical approach—pride in your finish

Good communicator, punctual, and invested in local work

Team-oriented—works well with prep/R&R techs

Interested in a long-term role

Reliable, and honest in how you work
