We're Hiring: Property Manager - 12 month contract

📍 Based in the northern suburbs | 💰 $75,000 + Super | 🕒 Full Time | 📅 Monday to Friday Only

About the Role

You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties, ensuring both Rental Providers and Renters receive outstanding service and support.

Your day-to-day will include:

> Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters
> Conducting routine and final inspections
> Handling maintenance requests and liaising with trades
> Attending VCAT hearings when required
> Ensuring full compliance across all property management and leasing activities
> Overseeing leasing, rent reviews, and lease renewals

What We're Looking For

1–2 years’ experience in residential property management

Excellent organisation and time management skills

A confident communicator who loves working with people

Experience with Property Tree (preferred but not essential)

A reliable car and a current driver’s licence
