About the role:
You will play a key role in supporting children’s daily routines, learning experiences, and overall well-being in a safe and inclusive environment. Working collaboratively with educators and families, you will help foster each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare materials and equipment for learning and play
Support children’s social development and positive behaviour
Conduct and participate in engaging educational activities
Read, play, and interact with children to stimulate development
Supervise daily routines and hygiene practices
Promote a safe, respectful, and stimulating environment

Observe and document children's learning and development, and use this information to tailor lesson plans and activities

Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families, and regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress

Work collaboratively with the teaching team to implement the centre's curriculum and policies

What we are looking for:
✔ Certificate III (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in an early learning setting
✔ Sound understanding of the NQF and EYLF
✔ Positive communication and strong teamwork skills
✔ Current Blue Card
✔ Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
✔ Fluent in English
