You’ll be calm under pressure, passionate about beautiful hair, and committed to delivering exceptional service while upholding high standards across the salon.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll have your own column and take the lead in the day-to-day running of the salon:

Keep the team on track and in work mode

Ensure everyone checks their targets and fills out trackers daily

Delegate tasks to juniors and ensure standards are met

Oversee salon cleanliness, music, retail, and overall vibe

Monitor appearance standards (clothing, hair, makeup)

Provide in-the-moment feedback (positive and constructive)

Step in for any client complaints to resolve professionally

Manage lunch breaks and support team flow

Provide technical support and guidance to junior stylists

Ensure everyone is working towards KPIs

Conduct performance reviews and manage underperformance if needed

Lead with calm, clarity — and firm boundaries

✅ What We’re Looking For

Qualified senior stylist with minimum 5 years experience

Strong in colour work, especially blondes and lived-in tones

Calm, confident communicator who can lead without micromanaging

Experience managing or mentoring a team

Naturally organised with strong attention to detail

Professional, polished, and aligned with SANDY’s premium brand

This will suit a mature minded person.
