Browco Brow & Lash Bar is seeking Experienced Store Manager for our BEAUTIFUL STORE IN CHARLESTOWN!

We specialize in Brow Shaping and Eyelash Extensions only, so if you are also obsessed with Brow and Lash perfection as we are, come and join our team.

Our Browco technique is widely regarded by our customers, so a commitment to building long-lasting relationships with them is a must, as we have a lot of return clientele. Our lovely team are full of personality, super friendly and work wonderfully together as a team, so we are looking for a Salon Manager who is vibrant, passionate, professional and has excellent customer service skills.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience managing a salon
• Managed a team of 5 or more staff members
• Experience working with targets and Kpi's
• Worked in a fast paced environment
• Experience training team members in lash and brow services
• Salon Management Qualification highly regarded but not essential
• Full of personality & a team player
• Passion for Brow Shaping
• Lash Extension QUEEN!

If you hold a qualification in Brows and you are an experienced Eyelash Technician we want to talk with you! You also must be punctual and able to build relationships with our customers, have attention to detail and a natural eye for perfection.
