About the Role:
As Club Manager, you'll be the face of Snap Fitness — leading the charge on sales, member engagement, and delivering a world-class club experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving pre-sale campaigns and achieving sales targets

Managing local area marketing and community outreach

Boosting membership growth and retention

Driving social media engagement across platforms

Delivering exceptional customer service and support

Overseeing daily club operations and administration

Maintaining a clean, safe and motivating environment

Creating a strong club culture and community

Qualifications & Experience:

Current CPR & First Aid certification (required)

Cert III & IV in Fitness (required)

Experience with Glofox and/or GymSales software (highly regarded)

Proven experience in gym admin and/or fitness sales roles

Strong communication and customer service skills

Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven
