Heinz Law is a dynamic law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. With a strong commitment to excellence and a culture of collaboration, we are expanding our team. We are looking for motivated Assistants / Paralegals to work part time or full time in our Dispute Resolution department or our Private Client Advisory department.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers . This role demands a high degree of versatility, professionalism, and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

Preparing legal documents and letters;

Diary management;

Answering phones and liaising with clients;

Archiving;

Billing/managing trust and office receipts, etc;

File management (including liaison with clients, Government entities etc); and

General administrative duties.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and accuracy

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
