Bar / Bistro / Some Duty Manager

Arab Steed Hotel, family owned and operated for 38 years, is located in vibrant Hutt Street, Adelaide.

We are looking for a person who loves hospitality & enjoys working with a great team.

This position entails the service of Food and beverage with a strong emphasis on restaurant & floor service.

This position may also require some Duty Manager Shifts.

The following attributes are required.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Able to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Work in a team and autonomously.

Proven ability to provide superior customer service.

Enthusiastic approach to 'hands-on' team.

Gaming experience would be great, but not essential.

A genuine hospitality personality who enjoys the industry & providing customer satisfaction.

The applicant should have proven experience in this field or similar & possess the following qualifications:
RSA, RP.

30 plus hours per week on casual rates. Level 2 award rates M-F $31.23, Sat $37.47, Sun $43.72, PH $62.45. DM & gaming shifts are at a higher pay rate.
