About the role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Print, Small and Large format operator to join the production team at EZ Print's Pakenham, Victoria location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, including small and large format printers

Set up, monitor and troubleshoot printing jobs to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to keep it in optimal working condition

Assist with the finishing and packaging of printed products

Collaborate with the wider production team to meet deadlines and achieve company targets

Maintain detailed production records and documentation

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a digital print operator, preferably in a commercial printing environment

Strong technical skills and understanding of digital printing equipment and processes

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines

Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
