As demand grows, we’re expanding to bring on passionate psychologists who want to make a meaningful impact, all from the comfort of their home office.

The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a provisional and a registered psychologist to join our team on. You’ll deliver telehealth sessions to clients across a wide range of ages and presentations – from children with developmental delays to adults with psychosocial or physical disabilities – all under the NDIS framework.

You’ll be supported with:

· - A full caseload provided to you – no chasing referrals

· - All required systems for telehealth

· - Admin support and clinical leadership

· - An annual professional development allowance

· - A flexible work environment and support

· - A full bonus structure paid monthly

What We Offer

· - 💻 Work from home (QLD-based only – May consider interstate for right person)

· - 📅 38-hour week, paid for 52 weeks/year

· - 💰 Base salary: $85,000 to $105,000 + 11% super (experienced based)

· - 🎯 Generous performance bonuses if you exceed 22 billable hours/week

· - ✨ Up to $5,000 PD allowance annually

You Will Have

· - Full AHPRA registration as a psychologist / or provisional Psychologist

· - Eligibility to work with NDIS participants (experience preferred but not essential)

· - Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

· - A passion for delivering accessible, inclusive care

· - A suitable private space to work from home and reliable internet
