Calm Space Psychology Services is seeking a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist to join our warm and professional team in Jimboomba, QLD. This is a rare opportunity to work across the lifespan with a diverse caseload that includes trauma, neurodevelopmental presentations, assessments, and group therapy - with a sustainable, well-supported caseload and variety that keeps the work meaningful.

We’re a values-led practice that thrives on clear communication, practical support, and the freedom for clinicians to do their best work. You’ll be surrounded by experienced approachable team members, with weekly/fortnightly check-ins and helpful systems in place to support your autonomy.

Please note: Our practice is based in Jimboomba and best suited to those who live locally or are comfortable with a longer commute. While some of our team travel from Brisbane or surrounding areas, this role may not suit those who prefer to work closer to home or find longer drives challenging.

What We’re Looking For

Full or Provisional AHPRA registration (all pathways welcome)

Interest in working with children, teens, and adults across therapy and assessments

Confident, self-motivated approach to clinical work and ongoing learning

Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative care

Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (outreach opportunities available)

Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

The Role

Deliver evidence-based therapy and assessments for a varied caseload

Engage in case formulation, diagnostic assessments, and clinical reporting

Maintain accurate notes and documentation using our streamlined systems

Participate in team meetings and collaborate with peers as needed
