Join a leading freight company as they embark on a key systems migration project. They are seeking a detail-oriented OHS Systems and Document Controller to support their team in consolidating, reviewing, and rewriting essential documentation for integration into Beakon software platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Review, consolidate, and update existing OHS documentation and policies.
Write and format documents to align with Beakon platform standards.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all system records.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather and validate required content.
Support the overall migration process and ensure a smooth transition to digital document management.

About You:
Proven experience in document control, OHS systems, or compliance-related roles.
Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.
Familiarity with OHS standards and procedures in a logistics or industrial environment.
Experience with digital document management systems; experience with Beakon is a plus.
Able to work independently and manage part-time hours effectively.
