About the role

BaptistCare Morven Gardens is seeking Carers to join their team on a casual basis. As a carer you'll get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts. Variety of shifts available.

Duties may include:

• Assistance with a wide range of person-centred care in accordance with care plans
• Assistance with medication
• Simple wound dressing
• Assistance with activities under supervision
• Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love

Skills & experience

• Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable)
• OR willing to complete Certificate- Traineeships on offer to eligible candidates
• We encourage Nursing students to apply
