Senior Property Manager

• Inner-city/inner-eastern portfolio
• 170 high-end properties | end-to-end management
• Ample support from admin and leasing teams

Property Manager

• Inner-eastern portfolio
• Manage a high-performing portfolio in a supportive team culture
• Work closely with maintenance and compliance teams daily
• Full support from maintenance, admin, and inspection teams
• Enjoy work-life balance with a strict 5pm finish daily

Key Requirements

• Must hold VIC Agent’s Rep Certificate and a valid driver’s license
• Proven experience managing property portfolios is essential
• Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills
• Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy and proactive, always putting customers first
