• Portfolio all within 5km radius
• 170 properties | End-to-end with solid support
• Admin + 2 ASPMs | You handle routines & PCRs
• No weekends | Time in lieu if you help out

Property Manager

• Convenient parking

• Admin support to lighten your load

Senior Property Manager

• 180 properties | Support from leasing, assistant, and admin
• Work alongside an inspiring, experienced PM team

Key Requirements

• VIC Agent’s Rep Certificate & Driver’s License required
• Portfolio management experience essential
• Strong communicator with problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail & ability to multitask
• Tech-savvy with a proactive, customer-first mindset
