You will be working with a great, friendly team of 20 staff, with 1-2 days work from home flexibility, the latest PropertyMe systems and great training, you will feel at home at work!

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of 150 residential properties with admin & leasing support, with the opportunity to grow this portfolio and earn commissions!
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, as well as owner enquiries etc
- Deal with property maintenance requests and admin, etc for the portfolio, with administrative support

- 1st Year Salary of $90,000 inc Super + Commissions + Laptop + Phone

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Has understanding and experience of property management with end to end portfolio management experience
- The desire to develop and progress their career in a friendly, inclusive team
- Have successfully completed relevant industry training such as agents rep certificate etc.
- Car and drivers licence (parking provided on site, free until 6pm)
