Your Role

As our newest Speech Pathologist, you’ll work with children aged 2-16. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting initial consultations with parents or caregivers

Collaborating with families to set child and family-centered goals

Designing and implementing strength-based therapy plans

Liaising with other professionals involved in the child’s care

Providing therapy in the child’s natural environments, including homes and schools

Learning and conducting standardized speech pathology and developmental assessments

Creating engaging resources for therapy sessions and home programs

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings passion, energy, and a heart for children! You’ll thrive with us if you have:

A love for paediatrics and a warm, empathetic approach to your work

A Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or are willing to obtain them)

Graduates and final-year students are strongly encouraged to apply!
