Audiologist or Audiometrist - Inside Product Specialist (Office based)

We are excited to be recruiting for an Audiologist or Audiometrist to join an Audiology Manufacturer which is a Global Leader in Hearing Solutions. Due to growth they are expanding their team at their head office in Sydney, in search for:

Inside Product Specialist and Sales Support (Office Based - No travel)

In this exciting wholesale sales role, you’ll work closely with clients and the wider sales team to offer exceptional support, product knowledge, and sales expertise — primarily via phone, email, video conferencing, and chat function. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, facilitating product training, and identifying opportunities to grow business across your assigned territory.

About the role:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction and retention.
• Recommend full suite of products and provide training tailored to client needs.
• Drive business development initiatives and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support the rollout of new launches.
• Respond to inquiries and manage sales activities through CRM.
• Collaborate across departments and contribute to ongoing improvement and innovation.

About you:

• A Master’s in Clinical Audiology or Diploma of Audiometry.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a practicing Audiologist or Audiometrist.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven sales acumen with the ability to tailor solutions that match client needs.
