DEFENDANT INSURANCE WORK MIX
In this key role, you will work closely with experienced Insurance Partners and contribute to a team that is at the forefront of MVA insurance law. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic, cohesive, and legally robust advice on a variety of motor vehicle matters.

You will handle challenging cases, such as multi-vehicle accident claims involving major and catastrophic injuries, intricate liability disputes, and fiercely contested damages claims. This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in a specialised area of law with strong prospects of advancement.

ASSOCIATES OR SENIOR ASSOCIATES
The ideal candidate will be an Associate with of 3+ years of PAE.
However, given there has been such a high influx of work, this firm is also open to hearing from lawyers from 2+ PAE to Senior Associate Level so reach out if the work mix is of interest to you.

Whether your background is in plaintiff or defendant insurance law, this team offers the perfect platform to specialise in CTP matters.
