About your new role

• Interpret & work from technical engineering drawings.
• Use specialised tools & welding equipment to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Create custom made heavy vehicle bodies and fit outs.
• Work in a large team environment to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Pending performance, potential for temporary to permanent employment opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

Along with relevant experience as a Welder, you will need:

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate - Certificate III in Engineering (desirable)
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to perform MIG welding in multiple positions.
• Aluminium welding experience is desired but not essential.
• Strong communication skills & ability to demonstrate safe work practices.
• Police Check within 3 months or ability to obtain.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screenings.
