We are seeking a skilled and driven Business Analyst to work with stakeholders to understand business needs, define clear requirements, and collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative solutions.

ROLE

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop and maintain key business analysis deliverables, such as Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), Jira epics, user stories, process maps, as-built documentation, solution design documents, architecture briefs, and security assessments.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and conduct research to recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure successful project outcomes, facilitating workshops and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless solution adoption.

YOU

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to convert business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in business process modelling and mapping.
• Solid understanding of security, architecture, and solution design principles, along with expertise in conducting cost-benefit and risk analyses.
