NT Health manages the Northern Territory public health system, operating across 5 service delivery regions, 6 hospitals, 74 health clinics and 7 corporate offices. We work together as one system in partnership with individuals, families, the community, Aboriginal heath organisations and stakeholders to provide high quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care.

As the Nurse Education Coordinator, you will work closely with the NT Health Clinical Innovation and Research Unit and Clinical Learning Education and Research Services team to contribute to the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of clinical trials education, consistent with national standards and adult learning principles to achieve excellence in practice.

You will deliver Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and offer mentorship and hands-on educator support to the clinical trials workforce; ensuring trials meet high-quality standards, including compliance with the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework, and embed clinical trial education into daily business operations.

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the clinical trials sector, proven skills in developing and evaluating education programs and the ability to deliver effective training to diverse audiences. Some travel within the NT and interstate will be required.

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you must have current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or be eligible for the same.
