In this diverse role, you will:

Be responsible for developing and delivering youth activities in collaboration with local young people, educational institutions, community groups and key partners.

Facilitate the delivery of youth services that align with the Shire's Youth Informing Strategy, ensuring the needs of young people across the Shire are met.

Identify and pursue external funding opportunities to support the development of youth initiatives.

Have exceptional writing skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to deliver impactful youth activities.

Possess strong research skills and a sound understanding of contemporary youth engagement and community development practices.

Previous experience in youth program delivery and organising activities for young people will be highly regarded.
