We are currently expanding our Solar PV business and are looking for an experienced Solar PV Electrician who would like the opportunity to grow with our business.

You will be responsible for the overall management of Solar PV installations for Termico Solar Generation.

Your responsibilities

Your job description will involve, in the initial stages, installation of solar systems on domestic and commercial sites, and will eventually expand to management of a substantial solar and electrical business.

· On site installation of solar PV systems in both domestic and commercial markets

· Onsite installation of solar battery systems

· Effectively manage relationships with external contractors & suppliers

· Oversee install requests / projects including analysing plans and securing required permits

· Liaise with clients to identify and resolve any on-site installation issues

· Undertake reviews on Replacement Warranty Claims

· Review and handle customer complaints

· Manage and implement business changes where necessary

· Manage all installation staff and electricians

· Ensure that all tasks undertaken are performed in a manner consistent with OH&S policies and procedures of

the company and State Legislation

The following requirements are essential for all applicants:

· Solar PV experience with full CEC/SAA accreditation

· Current WA Electrical Licence

· Current Electrical Contractors Licence (preferred)

· Current WA Drivers Licence

· Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners

· Self-motivated, energetic and driven to be successful

· People management skills and understanding of business processes and strategic planning

· Excellent communication skills

· Can do attitude showing flexibility and adaptability

· Ability to perform a range of activities including climbing ladders, moving heavy objects using correct manual handling techniques.

· Working at Heights Certificate

· A commitment to safe work practices
