The Role

As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing solar design, installations, and maintenance. You’ll work closely with the Lead Installer to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. If you’re passionate about renewable energy and want to take your career to the next level, this is the role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule activities to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Monitor post-installation solar projects to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot and rectify issues.

Complete risk assessments (JSA), SAA/CEC documentation, and ensure subcontractors maintain safe work practices.

Provide top-notch customer service and communication.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, problem-solving electrician with solar and battery experience who has a positive can-do attitude. Ideal candidates will have the following:

12+ months of solar experience (preferred) and relevant accreditations (or willingness to obtain them).

Experience reading and analyzing solar performance reports.

Strong understanding of both residential and commercial electrical installations.

Proven scheduling and administrative skills.

Competence in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

A team player who contributes to a dynamic work environment.
