Qualifications & experience:

Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or an overseas ACECQA Approved Equivalent.

Valid Working With Children's Check.

First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Previous experience working in the Early Years Sector is valuable.

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Your role includes:

Actively supervising and engaging with children during planned and spontaneous experiences.

Supporting permanent staff, children, and families in day-to-day activities.

Building relationships with children, ensuring they feel safe, secure, and supported.

Attending to children's basic needs, such as feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with toilet training.

Contributing to daily programming through observations, checklists, and critical reflections.

Undertaking general tasks and cleaning responsibilities.

Adapting quickly to different classrooms, age groups, and routines.
