Certificate III Educator

Location: Landsdale

Compensation: $27.17 - $28.99 based on experience and qualification

Full-Time | 5 Days per Week | Diploma Qualified | Must be available between 6:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our nurturing team at Tall Tree Early Learning Landsdale. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven centre that values connection, creativity, and the wonder of early learning.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and be available to work anytime between 6:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will work closely with our room leaders and broader team to create warm, engaging, and inspiring learning environments for children. You’ll actively contribute to the implementation of child-led learning experiences and build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your peers. This role is ideal for a passionate educator looking to deepen their skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment that embraces the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of high-quality educational programs in line with the EYLF and NQF
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure consistent, thoughtful practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to ongoing observations and assessments
• Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice

About You

You’ll bring:

• A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• A commitment to being available between 6:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• A warm, responsive, and proactive approach to working with children
• A sound understanding of early childhood development and the EYLF
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for early learning and a desire to contribute to a strong, values-driven team culture
