About the role

We are seeking a skilled Poly Fabricator / Welder to join our team at ENERRO in Newman, Perth and the Goldfields in Western Australia. You will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of polyethylene (HDPE) products to support our construction and infrastructure projects.

What you'll be doing

Fabricate and weld PE components and assemblies to precise specifications

Operate various welding equipment and hand tools to complete fabrication tasks Including experience with McElroy, Dixon, Ritmo and Technodue welders.

Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards

Contribute to the timely completion of projects by working efficiently and following established procedures

Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of workshop equipment and facilities

Collaborate with the construction team to address any issues or queries that arise

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Poly Fabricator or Welder, preferably in the construction industry, Experience with Liner, Machine operation and/or Workshop fabrication.

Proficient in the use of HDPE welding equipment and techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
