We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator (Cert III/Diploma) to join a beautiful, purpose-built, childcare service in Altona with beautiful sea views and friendly team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children's development and growth through creative play, activities and exploration.
• Create effective programs that support the VEYLDF, guiding children towards developmental milestones.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Document children's progress, updating parents and guardians of their development and about their day.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A completed Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• A good understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF.
• Full Working Rights (Must be able to work full-time)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
