About Us
At Alpha Abilities, we provide high-quality therapy services, helping children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. As a trusted NDIS provider, we take a holistic approach, making a real impact in the community. We have a large allied health team including Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational therapists, Key Workers and Allied Health Assistants and we are looking for someone with your Occupational Therapy expertise to join our team.
Your Role
As a ECSP, you will deliver high-quality services and driving clinical excellence.
To deliver interventions to NDIS participants children aged 0-8) and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a ECSP, your primary responsibility is to provide consistent, family-centred support to children with developmental delays, disabilities, or autism, and their families. This role is integral to early childhood intervention services, ensuring that support is tailored to the unique needs of each child and delivered in a way that is practical and meaningful within the family’s daily life.
Leadership & Growth
Our Leadership and Growth Program is designed to empower Key Workers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their roles. By focusing on both professional development and personal growth, the program ensures that Key Workers are well-equipped to support children and families effectively.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all regulations and organisational policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between the speech therapy team and other stakeholders within our .
Foster effective communication within the team, with patients and families, and represent the department in interdisciplinary meetings
