Laundry Production Supervisor (Afternoon & Night Shift)

Elite Linen is a modern and long established Commercial Laundry located in Bentley, which is well regarded in the industry, servicing Hotels, Restaurants and remote sites throughout Western Australia.

We are seeking a production supervisor to run our morning operations, the right candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, self-driven and is someone who demonstrates sound judgement and is used to a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in a fast food environment would be highly regarded

At least 3 years experience in a supervisory/management role

Laundry experience is not necessary but demonstrated experience in a fast paced environment with high level output is essential

The ability to learn and acquire knowledge of the operation of Laundry Plant and equipment

A constructive, inclusive leadership style building teams of accountable people who can deliver on business goals

An ability to identify and actively promote continuous improvement to product quality, processes and systems within any facet of the work environment

The ability to plan the workforce and prepare rosters to meet daily production needs

The ability to deliver agreed KPIs in the required time frames in line with the organisations strategic plan

The ability to deal with long hours shift (plenty of overtime & penalty rates)
