About the Role

· Provide senior H&S guidance and technical support to on-site operations

· Contribute to the uplift of the site safety team's capability and culture

· Help identify and close gaps across multiple critical mining safety projects

· Support continuous improvement of safety frameworks and systems

About You

· Strong background in mining safety (Underground Metalliferous highly regarded)

· Demonstrated experience in improving safety processes or delivery frameworks

· Confident, engaging communicator who builds trust across operational teams

· Passionate about lifting safety standards and mentoring others
