About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Team Member to join our friendly and fast-paced team at Domus Nursery. You’ll be responsible for managing sales for a portfolio of key customers – including local governments, and landscapers. Our key customers also include garden centres, and Bunnings stores across WA.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively manage and grow relationships with an assigned group of commercial and government clients

Prepare accurate and timely quotes and sales proposals

Use our computer system to process orders, manage stock availability, and generate picking sheets.

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency

Coordinate forward orders and delivery schedules

Work alongside our production and dispatch teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Support other sales team activities and collaborate on customer service improvements

What We’re Looking For

Strong interpersonal skills – you're approachable, confident, and great with people

Experience in sales, customer service, or account management roles

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure

Attention to detail and confidence working with data and spreadsheets

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

Interest in plants and gardening – horticultural knowledge is a bonus, but not essential

Preferred Skills & Experience

Background in sales or customer support

Familiarity with plant names or previous experience in the nursery, landscape, or horticultural industry

Touch typing and data entry abilities

Own reliable transport (our nursery is not accessible by public transport)
