About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lecturer who can demonstrate their high-level skills in the delivery of education, leadership and program coordination. There is a strong focus on quality teaching and learning with knowledge of adult learning principles. Specific knowledge is required in the application and implementation of Foundation Skills in employment and vocational training. You will also mentor lecturing staff for career development, contribute to day-to-day workgroup operations and liaise with other vocational programs and industry representatives.
The Successful candidate will hold:
- Bachelor of Education (Adult, Vocational and Workplace Learning) awarded by the University of South Australia, or educational qualifications deemed equivalent.
- Experience (at least 3 years) in teaching the Foundation Skills Training Package qualifications with a detailed knowledge of the implementation process for FSK.
- Ability to mentor staff in teaching and assessing the above training package.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
- Out of hours work may be required and a flexible approach to the hours of duty is essential.
- Some Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
- May be required to relocate to other campuses within TAFE SA.
- A flexible approach to the taking of leave is essential.
