Turf Farm Maintenance & Delivery Operator

Location: Wilberforce, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Harmony Turf, a leading turf farm specialising in Sir Walter and Kikuyu ranges, is seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join us on the farm. If you have a background in landscaping or turf-farm maintenance and enjoy hands-on, outdoor work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Maintain turf: irrigation, fertilisation, mowing, weed & pest control

Accurately cut, stack and prepare turf orders to customer specifications

Load, secure and deliver turf orders using company vehicles

Conduct routine servicing, cleaning and safety checks on farm machinery

Keep clear and accurate records of orders, equipment maintenance and quality checks

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in landscaping or turf-farm maintenance

Comfortable operating ride-on mowers, tractors and basic farm machinery

Valid Australian driver’s licence (forklift ticket and HR licence highly regarded)

Physically fit, with the ability to lift, bend and work outdoors in all weather

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality turf

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
