About the role

GO.FARM is looking to fill multiple Farm Hand roles across our almond orchards located in Griffith, NSW. As a rapidly going business with new orchard developments commencing, we're inviting candidates to apply.

As a Farm Hand, you will assist with the execution and delivery of the orchard operations with a dedicated focus and emphasis on delivering on the guiding principles of safety, quality, productivity and efficiency to the business.

What we require:

• Driver license

• Must have own transportation and accommodation.

• Tractor experience preferred.

• Ability to work within a small team and unsupervised.

• Safety awareness.

• A willingness to ask questions, learn and improve.
