Design & Build are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Melbourne-based builder, renowned for delivering architecturally designed luxury homes. Known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional craftsmanship, this company partners with leading architects and designers to create bespoke, high-end residences.

In this role, you’ll oversee multiple high-end residential projects, each supported by a dedicated Site Manager. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring excellence in time, cost, and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout each project.
• Develop and manage project budgets; track and control costs to maximise value without compromising quality.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays proactively.
• Lead, support, and mentor Site Managers and project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of managing high-end residential projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
