My client, is a Melbourne-based construction company specialising in high-end residential and boutique multi-residential developments. Founded in 2010, the company is known for its hands-on, design-and-construct approach, working closely with clients from early concept through to project completion.

With projects ranging from $5M to $200M+, this Construction Company focuses on delivering architecturally driven outcomes with a strong emphasis on quality, collaboration, and cost control.

The team has extensive experience with Green Star-certified and NDIS SDA-standard developments and is highly regarded for its repeat client base and trusted industry relationships.

Projects:
There are 2 roles with this business as stated below:

• 5 levels, 58 apartments, Aldi bottom floor with 2 other retail tenancies
• Currently at shotcrete walls stage - will run for the next 12 months

• Hawthorn– 10 Townhouses over a basement
• Brighton– 8 Townhouses over a basement
• Armadale – 8 Townhouses over a basement

• High End Apartment Project $30M, located in Boronia
• 3 x Townhouse projects jobs currently in live, with 6 months to 8 months to completion;

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver commercial construction projects ranging from $10m to $30m
• Lead and support the project team including CA’s, Site Managers, and Subcontractors
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met
• Oversee procurement, contracts, variations, and progress claims
• Ensure compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental standards
• Conduct regular site visits and attend project meetings

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or similar
• Proven experience delivering High End residential construction projects up to $30m
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction methods & standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships
• A willing attitude who are go getters, a team player, ideally from a structured background company understand the need and use of systems and processes to run projects
• Proficiency in project management software Procore, Onecore, Payapps , MS Project , Excel, Bluebeam
• Current White Card and valid driver’s licence
