**Opener Responsibilities:**
- Prepare fresh bread daily by following established baking procedures to maintain product quality.
- Set up the store before opening hours, ensuring displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
- Handle banking duties accurately, including cash deposits and record-keeping.
- Organize and prepare the shift, coordinating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient start to the day.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards and store policies.

**Closer Responsibilities:**
- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance to leave the store in impeccable condition at closing time.
- Conduct stock checks and ensure inventory is correctly stored and accounted for.
- Secure all cash and financial transactions, following company protocols to safeguard assets.
- Prepare the store for the next day’s operations, including restocking and organizing supplies.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to management promptly.

**Management Role:**
We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and proactive individual to take on the management role. This person will:
- Oversee daily store operations with minimal supervision, ensuring all team members adhere to company standards.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting.
