We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist based in Adelaide to join our inclusive, values-led team, with monthly or bimonthly FIFO travel to Canberra to support our thriving clinic.
✈️ All travel, car hire, meals, and accommodation are fully covered.

You’ll work closely with our Canberra team to deliver essential, person-centred care, with zero billable targets and full support.

This role is ideal for an OT ready to grow their clinical confidence across aged care and the NDIS, backed by hands-on mentoring and a collaborative team across two booming locations.

The Role

You’ll work with a mix of clients across various settings including NDIS, My Aged Care (including Home Care Package and Short-term restorative care programs), as well as Department of Human Services, focusing on:

Completing initial, cognitive, sensory and functional capacity assessments

Prescribing assistive technology and small aids

Recommending home modifications (simple and complex)

Writing clear, person-centred clinical reports

Liaising with participants, families, and stakeholders

Flying to Canberra regularly (approximately monthly/bimonthly) for in-person service delivery and team collaboration

In both locations, you'll be supported by an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity-affirming team, dedicated admin and intake crew, and weekly clinical supervision.

What You’ll Need

AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred (open to strong new grads)

Confidence with community-based work across NDIS and/or aged care

Willingness to travel regularly to Canberra (short trips, fully covered)

Strong written communication and time management skills

Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits
