About the Role
Trucare Health Group is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team servicing clients across Northern and Southern Adelaide. Key Responsibilities

Deliver client-centered assessments and interventions in home and community environments

Support functional independence, daily living skills, home modifications, and equipment prescription

Collaborate with physiotherapists, support coordinators, families, and allied health professionals

Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress reporting for funding bodies

Requirements

AHPRA Registration as an Occupational Therapist
