OSHC (Outside School Hour Care) are services for families, children and schools across Victoria. Suitable for children aged from five to 12 years old, we offer both before and after school care and school holiday programs.
About the Opportunity
The Y Victoria is currently recruiting for a Regional Manager who is committed, passionate and energetic and who will be dedicated to empowering educators in inspiring school aged children. As an Operational Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Regions from Bendigo to Yarrawonga (Shire of Moira),
- Monthly in person check-ins with team
- Leading a team of Rockstar Coordinators in implementing fun and high-quality programs for children
- Building strong and positive relationships with school communities and stakeholders
- Supporting the growth and development of our OSHC leaders
This exciting key leadership position oversees the daily operations and strategic development of Before and After School Care and School Holiday Programs across a cluster of our services.
This is a Permanent Full Time role with a base salary of $96k + super. Generous Travel Allowance
We're seeking a passionate and experienced leader to oversee operations across the Bendigo and Goulburn Valley region. While connection to the region is important, we understand relocation isn't always possible - that's why this role offers the best of both worlds.
You'll work primarily from home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and complete most administrative and leadership responsibilities remotely. We do ask that you're available to travel to the region approximately every three weeks to connect with teams, communities, and partners on the ground. All travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered.

What do you need?
- Have a completed a Diploma level ACECQA approved qualification or higher
- Have (or be willing to obtain) HLTAID012 First Aid Qualifications (including valid CPR) and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years multi-site experience in a similar role
