Position: Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse interests and developmental needs of children.

Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's growth and curiosity.

Observe, document, and assess children's progress, tailoring learning experiences to support individual development.

Establish and nurture positive relationships with families, engaging them in their children's educational journey.

Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold the highest standards of education and care.

Ensure compliance with National Regulations, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education.

Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications.

Proven experience in early childhood settings, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in education.
