About the role

Wolfram Limited is seeking an experienced and reliable Mine Site Cleaner to join our close knit team at Mt Carlton Project, Queensland. This position is DIDO on a 5/2-4/3 roster arrangement that supports our operations by maintaining clean, safe and comfortable facilities for all site personnel. As a Mine Site Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Cleaning of site offices, crib rooms, bathrooms, and amenities

Linen changes, room resets and check-ins/check-outs

General housekeeping and laundry duties as required

Maintain cleanliness standards and follow site protocols

Thoroughly clean and disinfect accommodation rooms, offices, dining areas, and other common spaces on a daily basis

Restock and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as needed

Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate team members

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies

Collaborate with the wider facilities and operations teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained across the site

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a cleaner or in a similar role, preferably within an industrial or mining environment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently

Be physically fit, reliable and safety-conscious

Excellent time management and organisational skills and able to work unsupervised

A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Must be able to pass mine site medical

Current C Class licence required
