We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, camera-ready Social Media/Content Creator to help drive our next era of brand growth. This is a fast-paced, creative role that lives at the intersection of social strategy and storytelling — from TikToks and reels to styling BTS content, building community, and shaping how we show up online.

This is a casual role suited to someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, has a sharp creative eye, and knows exactly how to make content that cuts through.

What you'll be doing:

Helping lead the charge on all things TikTok + Instagram: content creation, posting, and growth

⁠Appearing in content — styling, shooting, chatting to camera and helping build community

Creating organic and paid short-form content for product launches, shoots and campaigns

⁠Planning, prepping and styling mini shoots (yes, sometimes that includes steaming samples)

Pitching ideas, building moodboards and keeping us ahead of trends and algorithms

Shooting BTS and reactive content at campaign + ecom shoots

Editing video/photo content in CapCut, InShot, Canva or similar apps

⁠Helping manage our content calendar and making sure our channels always feel fresh

Working closely with the wider team to make sure everything feels aligned with the SWT tone

Being plugged in to what’s trending, what’s viral, and what’s next

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Are confident in front of the camera and love showing personality on-screen

⁠Have experience creating content for brands or your own platforms

Have a good creative eye and a passion for styling + aesthetics

Know your way around CapCut, Reels, InShot or Canva

⁠Are organised, reliable, and can self-manage without being micro-managed

⁠Keep up with TikTok/Instagram trends like it’s your job (because it will be)

⁠Love fashion, activewear, and building a strong online community

Are a positive team player who brings energy to the room
