This highly regarded, top tier international design practice are seeking a senior bid specialist to join their Brisbane team for a 3-4 Month contract to begin with.

With the support of the Business Development and Marketing teams, you will lead the bids and submissions process for all design projects.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a pro-active, creative and collaborative team member with 5+ years experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and direct the output of the submissions team

Develop tailored written content specifically for each individual bid proposal

Maintain record of all bids and their current status

Track performance of proposals

Undertake project completion surveys with clients

Assist with content for internal and external communications including newsletters, journals, magazines, and tailored client presentations and social media content

Collaborate with the leadership and business development teams to identify and track key market opportunities

Contribute to strategy for positioning and inclusion on tender lists and bid teams

Undertake market research relevant to upcoming submissions, existing sectors and new growth sectors

Skills and Experience

5+ years in a similar role, ideally within the architecture or design industry

Collaborative and team-focused attitude

Ability to prioritise and plan conflicting deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication

Detail oriented, strong time management and multi-tasking skills

Demonstrate an aptitude for writing and producing written text

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
