Full Time Cafe Allrounder

We are looking for an energetic new team member who loves people and hospitality to join our team.

Sister Fox Espresso Bar which operates alongside White Horse Coffee is an established fast paced coffee destination. Focused on speciality coffee and delivering a high quality guest experience to the local Caringbah community 6 days a week. We are artisans with our craft and passionate about bringing happiness to our supporters with our coffee and food options.

You will need to be passionate about customer experiences and high standards. Be willing to be taught and follow the established systems and work a varied role from basic food preparation, cleaning and customer service. You will need to have good judgement skills, a fantastic memory (for guest names and beverages), and be fast in prioritising what's important at any given moment while fostering a welcoming environment for guests. Attention to detail, consistency, leadership, clear mindedness and efficiency will be highly admirable assets as well.

Candidates with prior Barista experience who can deliver detailed latte art consistently and work with coffee volumes in excess of 10 kilos a day can also work as a Barista as well.

Ability to commute to Caringbah for 4.20 am starts

You will be be part of a larger coffee community who specialise in speciality coffee from roasting to retail & wholesale coffee service.

No work on Sundays or Public Holidays and during the Christmas Period.
