Salary: $97,027 - $107,059pa + Superannuation - Annual Leave Loading.
Position Type: Temporary - up to June 2026

About the role
An exciting and new opportunity for a Senior Administration Officer who will be responsible to support the business unit's program of work and assist the operation of Corrective Services Industries Facilities Maintenance Business Unit at the Francis Greenway Complex.
As the ideal candidate you will be required to have strong communication and written skills and maintain excellent customer service levels. The role includes, however is not limited to the following tasks: support with streamlining services, attend meetings, prepare agendas and taking meeting minutes, use of computer systems relating to Corrective Services, ensuring documents are stored correctly and maintaining confidentiality and privacy. You will also be required to complete general administration tasks which include answering phone calls, email correspondence, filing and any other tasks required by Executive staff. Key Accountabilities
- Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit
- Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
- Develop, implement and monitor office systems, procedures and methods, adapting processes and techniques as required, to facilitate efficient team/unit operations in line with agency standards, policies and procedures
- Gather and collate information for, and prepare documentation and reports on business unit performance, as well as make recommendations to improve efficiency, cost management and service delivery
- Overseer Monthly facilities maintenance planned maintenance schedules, ensuring completion and compliance, in accordance with business requirements.

Essential requirements
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Qualifications in administration/business or relevant experience
- Proven experience/knowledge in facilities maintenance systems and processes.
- Sound computer system skills, including MS and Pronto.
