Senior Project Manager – (HVAC)

$180,000 – $250,000 Package is Negotiable on Experience + benefits + additional 13 RDO days

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Commercial HVAC Construction projects of up to $10,000,000.00 and above value plus?

This is a TRUE Project Management role with NO day-to-day site management, contractor staffing engagement or trivial site issues to deal with. Each of our projects have experienced & dedicated site managers to deal with the smooth running of all site-based issues.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager – (HVAC). Your role is to Manage and execute multiple commercial HVAC projects. You will play a crucial role in planning, coordination, financials, procurement deals of major equipment and successful project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong project related relationships with all internal divisions, suppliers and our Clients.

We work closely with tier one, multinational companies and pride ourselves on being a progressive leader across the Commercial HVAC Engineering solutions sector.

Qualifications and skills required:

7 + years of Project management experience within the Commercial HVAC contracting industry.

Experience in managing large, projects of a value of up to $10,000,000.00 (circa)

A mechanical trade qualification with extensive HVAC system knowledge.

Experience in Data Centres HVAC is beneficial.

Solid D & C knowledge / experience

Strong Software experience with Microsoft suite, Revit, Pronto (is desired)

Strong leadership skills, ability to negotiate and present to Clients

Understanding of AS / ISO standards & regulations

Strong QA /QC knowledge

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive approach to a wide variety of challenges.

Proven experience in project planning, budget control, costings, estimation, supplier negotiation and transport control

Excellent reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
